Anchors are where fastener quality becomes a safety issue rather than a cost issue. Chenfeng produces sleeve anchors, wedge anchors, drop-in anchors, internal expansion bolts and plastic wall plugs, plus chemical anchor studs for cracked and non-cracked concrete. Bodies are cold-formed and the expansion clip is heat treated so it bites the concrete instead of deforming. We test pull-out loads on our own rig and can supply batch test reports. Standard sizes from M6 to M24, plus malleable iron and stainless steel variants for wet or outdoor use.
Sleeve anchor body expands against the concrete as the nut is tightened, allowing the fixture to be removed and refitted. Includes nut and washer.
Clip at the bottom end bites into the concrete wall as the stud is drawn in. High pull-out capacity for static loads in cracked and non-cracked concrete.
Expansion cone draws into the sleeve internally, so only a shallow hole depth is needed and the anchor sits flush. Popular for curtain wall and bracket fixing.
Threaded stud bonded into the drilled hole with epoxy or vinyl ester resin. Works in cracked concrete and close to free edges where mechanical anchors cannot be used.
Nylon or polypropylene plug that expands in masonry and lightweight block. Supplied with or without screw, in white, grey or colour to match the market.
