Yongnian is not only a bolt and nut town; the surrounding supply chain bends, welds and galvanizes structural hardware too, and Chenfeng uses that to supply complete kits instead of loose parts. We produce U-bolts with rolled threads and bent legs, pipe clamps and hose clamps with galvanized or stainless bands, embedded plates with welded studs or anchors, and solar mounting components such as rail clamps, hook bolts and base plates. Automatic bending and CO2 / MIG welding in-house means we control both the thread and the weld, which is where most assembled hardware fails inspection.
