Threaded rod is the simplest fastener to get wrong: undersized diameter, a thread that is rolled from the wrong coil, or a length tolerance that wanders. Chenfeng rolls full threaded rods to DIN 975 and double end studs to DIN 976 in carbon steel 4.8 and 8.8, and in 304 / 316 stainless for marine and chemical environments. Diameters M3 to M52, lengths up to 3,000 mm, and we cut and chamfer to your exact length so your line does not have to. Metric, UNC, UNF and BSW threads available, with zinc plated, hot dip galvanized or plain finish.
Fully threaded rod in 1 m, 2 m and 3 m lengths, straight, chamfered and thread-gauged. Used for hanging services, supports and cut-to-length studding.
Threaded at both ends with a defined plain centre length, so two components can be clamped from opposite sides. B7 for high temperature flange service.
Corrosion resistant rod for marine, food processing and chemical environments. Passivated after threading and marked with grade and heat number for traceability.
Machine-cut trapezoidal thread used for linear motion and load transfer rather than fastening. Supplied with or without matching bronze nut, straightness checked.
